Damn suay but lucky!

So happy! I finally got the City of Glass VCD and DVD!

But first let me tell you how "suay" I was...

I went to JB last night. Just when I was about to present my passport for immigration clearance at Malaysian checkpoint... I realise that I lost my passport! How could it happen at all? Cos I did present my passport at Singapore side lei... where the hell the passport gone?!

Oh my... then I search high and low inside my car... even put on the hazard light and blocked the whole traffic, got down my car and search ya search... KNNCCB...

Finally... found my passport inside a CD cover... what the hell I was thinking that I put my passport inside the CD cover without realising it? I think my brain really not functioning recently.

Never mind... I told myself... mischap did happen sometimes...

Then I happily presented my passport....

Ding Dong... this time my car couldn't move! And I realised just when I busy searching for my passport, I misplaced my car's immobiliser card. Without this card, my car will be immobilised! Nabeh...

So, I repeat the searching again... this time busy looking for that card... waliuuuu ehhhh... those officers must be wondering what the heck this Singaporean doing...

Finally I found it... pheww... DAMN SUAY!

Then I went to Leisure Mall...

My suayness got rewarded... first, I went to a pirated VCD shop and managed to get the City of Glass DVD accidentally... really accidentally cos I just anyhow chat with that girl but she said, "Oh ya we have that"... wooo ahhh... though it's pirated one I damn happy lor okay.

Then after that, I decided to try my luck again. I went into a VCD shop and lalala... I found its original VCD! And damn cheap RM14 (S$6) nia... sibeh shiok...

Then quickly went home to watch it together with my beloved (beers) :P

Ironically... the quality of the pirated DVD is far more better than the original VCD... diu... I end up watching the pirated DVD version.

I am so easily contended :) and thats good anyway.

Two crazy fellows

Later I'm gonna buy some ropes... to tie up that fucking fat Indian auntie. She got attitude problem isit, everytime I wait outside SIM lobby she sure come and kacau me one. KNNCCB... next time I bring Whisky to bite you then you know (Oh ya Whisky is racist).

Last night damn cooling, so we decided to head off to Villa Bali and chill out...

OOOIII Stef! You have to be responsible what you did to me okay... *cry uncontrollably*

Let me recap what we did besides talk cock sing song... in case our memory become so bad again...

1. You tried to walk straight, pull open your eye big big and looked damn funny, then laugh uncontrollably,

2. After I mess up your karipap hair, you pull off my spec while I was driving along the expressway,

3. You pull down my sunshield and the parking coupons fallen all over inside my car,

4. You sang so loud into my ear coupled with lousy acting skills,

5. You sat on the floor had bruises then said its my fault,

6. You couldn't find your key so you throw all your barang in your bag on the floor.

But, it was such a happy night out. And frankly, you looked lovely, sweet and gorgeous.

Coffee Poisoning

I think I will die young, because I have been drinking alot of coffee throughout the day, then dose myself with alot of beer at night.

Think few months ago I bought a coffee plunger and self-making condense coffee drink in my office... now I upgrade liao... no more instant coffee, now I bought those ground coffee bean and brew it with the plunger... hmm... smell so nice but seems that I need stronger coffee day by day...

And I think I can consume up to 6 cups of coffee during working... until the extent that I forget to drink water, cos the coffee is always readily within my reach.

Ahh... but now the problem is I feel so sleepy *yamn* even if I overdose myself with coffee. And nah... not because I lack of sleep... I sleep alot during weekend... but somehow still feel sleepy... I could even fall asleep in church during the sermon... oh God forgive me, I am a sinner.

So, I think the problem is the coffee. Or maybe I am dying with duno what disease... cos recently alot of people keep saying I become more skinny now. But the problem is I never diet, and I drink more and more beer recently (oh ya noone gonna believe me, forget it).

Then at night, if I choose to sing K or watch movie, I will down myself with couple of beers... last night I swallow 5 cans of beer bought from NTUC... ah... got to replenish my beer stock again.

I think I will die young if I continue like that...

Family Day

Yesterday was a sunny day... papa out with two kids to West Coast dog run... family day ya (horrible one hehe).

Promoting Malaysian tourism?

Seriously, what does my blog got to do with tourism, huh?

Last night had beancurd supper with Loon... haha Loon you nerd... see pretty girl din have to be so tense up lor. It's your usual self lar I won't laugh at you (laugh behind you instead wahaha).

When on my way home at abt midnight, two cars from opposite lanes had accident and I could see one of the car "flying" towards me. Lucky it was blocked by the road divider... phew... I can't die yet before May (just joking).

After walking my two kids at 2am... this Becky meimei (ya right long time no see liao) suddenly sms me. She still want to know why am I so happy recently... then I replied: Strike toto.

I am not that bad lar... since she wanna know, then I slowly tell her story lor... by the way Becky, what made you think of I will complain about you to Stef? You are such a nice girl what... *wink*

Goldfish Goldfish... so are you really happy for me or just being sarcastic? Oklo... now you know Stef is leaving for USA in May. Happy about that too?

玻璃之城

City of Glass (玻璃之城) starred by Leon Lai and Shu Qi is my favourite movie so far. Recently I have been trying so hard to get its VCD/DVD but to no avail.

Anyway, let me share with you the story...

On New Year's Eve 1997 in London, Hong Kong natives Raphael (Leon Lai) and Vivian (Shu Qi) die at the stroke of midnight in a car accident. They leave behind grown up children from other relationships, namely Daniel (Daniel Wu) and Suzie (Nicola Cheung), who now share the responsibility of bringing back their parents’ remains to Hong Kong. The story continues and begins by reminiscing about the lives of Raphael and Vivien in the 1960s…

Raphael and Vivian, college sweethearts in HK University who fell deeply in love in a time when youth mattered: the late 1960's. However, their true love comes to an end when their career-driven minds and political boundaries force them to separate and grow away from each other.

Yet their love was apparently a stronger power because years later it drew them back together - they unintentionally meet again in the 1990's. Now, they both have successful careers and more importantly - husband, wife and children of their own. From this point on comes re-discovered love that abruptly ends with tragedy.

The movie was touching and conveys various emotions such as love, separation, tough circumstances, difficult decisions, and so forth. Some of the most powerful scenes were associated with Raphael's rebellion during a protest, Raphael's father watching his son run away, and when Vivien knew that Raphael had to leave for France. These scenes express the hard feelings and "the power of goodbye."

City of Glass is beautifully executed and does well at serving the viewers with the feeling of missed memories.

I hope to watch this movie again... this time I am sure I will cry very hard... woo woo woo...

Yesterday while on my way to SIM, somehow my memory suddenly went blank and made a big round to reach there. Instead of travelling along Clementi Rd (which I must travel tru if I am going home), I went by Clementi Ave 6... hoho... but it was very lucky for me. By making this big round, I somehow managed to avoid the massive jam along Clementi Rd due to the fallen tree... wahaha... I am so lucky because of Stef!

I hate rain while I am working or driving.

But I love rain while I am sleeping.

Oh ya I am double-standard. Can or not?

Omg I FEEL like I am so young now... nowadays I need such little sleep and not tired at all... oh man what poison I kena? But I am better than Stef, her tummy is growing... opps not my fault. Wahaha... we are monsters!

Yest I went to Orchard to source for some Karaoke VCD... so happy... managed to get Leon's Lai 4-in-1 best compilation, another of his concert Karaoke VCD and Ekin's Karaoke too. Oh my me gonna sing till my lung bleed these few nights. My neighbour gonna curse me like hell... "cheeby fake leon voice tamade".

Went to the Partyworld KTV with Stef and her cousins at this Bishan CC... alamak... no beer how to sing lei? Next time must tabao beer inside liao... waliew wei...

Recently there are two strays invaded Mt Faber, and they kept barking incessantly as if they are inviting all dogs for party. And on sat night when I brought Whisky up there for walk, I finally saw them and they growled at me lor... seems like they are GSD-Cross... so this morning I did something bad. When my dear neighbour YeeLean asked me about the phone number to call, I gave her lor... I think for the sake of our peace neighbourhood, it is best to remove those dogs to other place.

Love to travel along CTE at late night... I believe I can fly... and I saw roadblock along CTE. So when I told Vishnu about that, he pees in his pants... heehee he and his drinking mama gang. What am I going to scare of? Me don't like to drink and drive one (bluff you only).

You better don't lose all your memory

Went to watch the Korean show "Arts of Seduction"... hmm... very funny show and I love that girl (she is my dream girl keke). But somehow the ending is too abrupt and I kinda surprised that the ending was like that :(

Then went to a mama shop and listening / telling stories with Stef. The theme of our stories - You only know what you want, when you have gone tru the unhappiness.

Sideline - This horrible Stef just told me she forgot all the stories I told her... Ggrrr... her memory is very superb. Then she must be able to erase her unhappiness memory very soon huh :P

So, it's about 5am and I just reached home

Spent some time think of alot of things before I fall into sleep...

Mickey is with Stef now... tried to put Whisky with her too... but heard that Whisky whine and cry... oh my... he so scared I abandon him huh? Kinda sweet lor... I never know Whisky so attached to me anyway till now. Maybe I have spent more time with him than any other human being bah...

Oh ya... guys, stop asking me who is Stef. She is just an sweet angel sent to be by God for one month :)

My ideal wife

I used to tell my buddy loon what makes a perfect wife for me (although he always refute me with vulgar)... anyway, I think it's good to elaborate further. P/s this is just an ideal list and I don't think real life such a person exists... just let me daydream and drop dead bah.

Preliminary criteria

The ger MUST be pretty and sweet. If she is just a plain old jane, then forget it. Me also a normal guy who loves pretty girl lor. *Shout: Stef you are sooooooooooo pretty* The whole world know liao nehnene nene.

Primary criteria

1. The girl knows how to drink well

Yeah right. That is the number 1 criteria in my ideal list. When I told loon, his first reaction was, "You cheeby la... where got guy likes their gf/wife to drink one. What if they hang out with guys and drink then how? You won't feel very sianz meh? If they really want drink, then drink little bit with me lor, better still they don't drink at all...". My jaw drop... huh? What kind of logic is that? You meant alcohol only invented for man, and lady can only drink strawberry milkshake?

But when I asked loon whether he likes girl (other fren) to drink with him, he said sure. See... he doesn't like his gf or wife to drink, but wants to drink with other people's gf/wife? Sound so familiar hor?

Ok... back to the reason why I likes my ger to drink. Simply, cos I LOVE TO DRINK. And I find girl who drinks very cool. By the way, in my drinking life, I hardly find any ger willing to drink at all... most just pretend lady type. Ask them to drink as if they so scared people later will rape them like that, and all sort of excuses come out... no.1 excuse being my face will become red... will get rashes etc. Come on... if face not red then it is not drinking lor...

Also... since I like to drink, if I have a ger who drink, then she will be more understanding or "sympathetic" towards my drinking hobby. Me not an alcoholic, I drink for fun and relax. Therefore I don't like a super naggy to pester me when I go drinking. So, if my ger can drink, then I can also bring her out for the fun too... that's kinda enjoying right? *your wife won't nag you for being home late anymore* grin

2. The girl must be a dog lover

Because I will keep many many many dogs in the house. So, a non-dog lover is not gonna to tolerate my behaviour and my love towards the dogs. I am gonna to spend alot of time with dogs... so if my ger is a dog lover, at least she can join in the responsibility too.

By the way, I think you are a jerk if you don't like dog. KNN.

3. The girl should not shout in any argument

I think those gers who shout are simply uncivilised or can even say unruly or unsighty. If you are a ger, behave as a ger. Try to be gentle, sweet and understanding. Oh ya alot of gers claim they are not gentle, but my definition of gentle here is different from yours. I think a ger that kick up a fuss in public or raise her high pitch voice in the argument is not gentle at all. That type of ger really piss me off. If you have any problem, then talk it out. Dun have to shout it out.

Simple right? As long as the girl satisfies the above criteria, then really in my ideal wife list. Then if let say she fulfils the following bonus... then lagi best. My heart will forever with her liao.

Bonus

1. The ger can cook

Hmm... I myself can cook too... and I enjoy cook for my loved one. But, which guy doesn't like to come home seeing a sweet wife with warm dinner?

2. The ger must be willing to do housework

Again, this is a plus plus plus if she willing to help out. Of cos, I sayang her alot and if she is tired I can get a maid for her. But, I believe a good wife loves to do housework lor... oh ya me MCP.

That's all the criteria I have. By the way, I think I am just in daydream only.

First Episode

That's freaking funny lor... to think I could even lost in the carpark for 3 times... with Stef. First day was at Suntec City for movie on last fri, after watched the Eight Below (...woof... husky!), we lost in the basement carpark at about 2am! Sianz lor... walked around in super quiet night like merry-go-around. Lucky Stef still sober enough to lead me out of this "treasure hunt"... phew... Not a lucky night, and I miss my Paulaner Brauhaus... to think that they had a function that night... humpt!

Second Episode

Gggrrrr... sat night was also at Suntec City again! This time went to Karaoke with Stef, Loon and his colleague. KNN... bunch of singing kings and queens... only me alone screaming like hell. Never mind, down with 2 glasses of beer + some wines, we lost in the car park at 4am again! Walaoo eh... we did memorise the carpark gate so as to prevent the lost to happen again lor... but somehow still forgot it and another merry-go-around again.

Anyway, it was a memorable night. And I slept at around 5am... sorry folks... I skipped the Matrichie Reservoir trip... damn tired and sick after that night.

Third Episode

Oh my... in the broad daytime, me and Stef lost in Parco Bugis carpark yesterday. But lucky Parco has a small carpark, so managed to find my car in about 10 min. Oh Stef, I am not purposely one lor :)

Conclusion

I am a PHD now. Next time I must jot down the carpark details... and must be extra careful when out with Stef... *cos we always drunk* blush...

But she is 100% nice girl. If I led others in this merry-go-around, I sure kena alot of whining lor.

The story goes like this as reported in Malaysian press - This doctor from Radiography Dept of Singapore General Hospital was jailed for two months for taking the indecent video of his colleague and customers in supermarket.

That make me real sick okay. A doctor! Where is their ethic now? You see, he could take indecent photos of his colleague, how about the patients? To think of we putting the trust of patient to these doctors? Somemore he worked in Radiography dept, so very often patient needs to loosen up the clothings. What if the victim is your wife, your sister, your gf, your mother?

My friend who is working in the hospital told me this doc is a DIRECTOR somemore... diu...

So, can we trust those doctors again? Lady, beware if you go to visit doctor.

Petrol again - Cheeby Malaysian!

This morning when I on my way to work, a little piece of news really pissed me off -

"From 1 May, motorists from Singapore and Thailand are likely to have to pay 20 ringgit for a vehicle entry permit to enter Malaysia.

The Malaysian government decided on the fee hike to sustain part of the cost of petrol and diesel which it subsidises.

Malaysian authorities added that the move is made to prevent motorists in Singapore and Thailand from taking advantage of the lower cost of petrol and diesel in Malaysia.

Malaysian Tourism Minister Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor told Channel NewsAsia over the phone: "People who come into Malaysia - tourists or coming for holiday or they want to do something in Malaysia - definitely, they can afford to pay the 20 ringgit. I don't think there will be any effect on our tourism industry or travellers coming into Malaysia from Singapore." (My note: He REALLY think only)

But while many motorists say this will not deter them from entering Malaysia, many say they would certainly think twice before making casual trips across the Causeway."

Nabeh Cheeby Fucker!!! Try to have LEGAL BLACKMAIL isit? They think we Singaporean so suka go Malaysia meh? If not for the cheap petrol price, then I think majority of Singapore motorist won't go in lor (remember! car theft, robbery, murder, rape... etc etc)... of cos when we go in Malaysia, we also will detour for some shopping and makan trip. So, DIRECTLY contribute to their economy okay?

Now, they are saying they are still considering this proposal, but if they really implement it, I think the first group of person suffered will be the JB people... lesser Singaporean = no business = close shop = PROTEST = Malaysian Ministers very scared.

You see, not that I am not gentleman okay. Ya right, I did go in for cheap petrol. But think about it, Singapore custom already imposed a 3/4 petrol tank rule (means our car cannot go into Malaysia with less than 3/4 tank of petrol). So, how much petrol (and money) we can suck from Malaysian abang? And I am sure, most of the little money we saved on petrol, we spent back to Malaysian grocery and food lor.

So, let's see how lor. If they really impose that, see who win lor.
