Taipei history lesson *yawn*

I saw this signboard everywhere in Taipei. It reads Puki Bank... muahaha. Puki Puki Puki... for those who don't know, puki is a vulgar in Malaysia lar. I always heard my Malaysian friends sprouting Pukimah Pukimah... So funny, imagine

Mum: Oii son, remember to save your angpao money into the bank hor.
Son: Why why why? Why got to put into that puki bank. Sibeh puki leh!
Mum: You cheebye kia, ask u to put money into the puki bank you better listen, or else limbu gonna hentam you.
Son: Puki!

Muahaha!!! Enough of my nonsense.

Early morning we went to Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall (中正纪念堂) just to take photo. They said here is the landmark and people sure know you have been in Taiwan if you take photo here.

The sun was burning me!!!

The Memorial Hall is so quiet and nothing interesting, so we decided to go Martyr's Shrine (忠烈祠). Here you can see the guards standing like statue (and they dun blink eye too!). You can try to touch their butt or kuci them, but it's not advisable lar haha.

WTF! I am fatter than him!!!

Raffles @ Taiwan?

Click the video clips to view the boring ceremony of changing guards *ahem*.

The girls are yawning non-stop here... so we proceeded to the National Palace Museum (故宫博物院). We only went there 走马看花 (mean walk walk) only. The girls were not very interested in those arty thingy. T=T
